I will probably do a full review of this past year in a later post. But, then again I still haven't finished writing my race reports for the Mt. Nebo and Revel Big Cottonwood Half Marathons. Soooo ... who knows? I probably shouldn't make any promises that I will just in case I definitely forget.

This past week on The Party in the Back Coach Blu and I talked about some of our running goals for 2023. I knew I wanted needed to write these goals down so I could read them and not longingly remember me talking about them on the podcast. I need to own these goals if I am going to reach them and writing them down, especially here on the blog where I can publicly be held to some level of accountability.
